haa..nice question rite?
Emm..saturday just 'lepaking' at home...watching television + watching cartoon..(terpaksa coz my lil brother layan cartoon since pg to ptg)..then I kemas-kemas umah..
that evening suddenly have idea what to do..haha..I lepak at my room..n calculate my weight..haha..the result...Please see the picture below:

emm..*pling..suddenly got an idea.dlm hati smbil berkata..."Esok,sunday mau bgn awl2 pg..and pi jogging kat Tasek_Y"..yeah..Finally I mean it...
after calculate my weight---> continue 'jahit manik'..hahaaa..also menjadi jgk hasilnyer..siap dah..smpai 2 weeks tu nk siapkan..al maklum laa..org tak pndai menjahit..
saje-saje je nie...sbb tgh takde keje
emm..end of saturday Story..so the next day---> Sunday..Fuh!!
Wake up early sbb dah janji pd diri sndri mau jogging sbb KG sudah naik..haa..berjaya jgk aku tunaikan janjiku..pg2 tu..6.45pg dah smpai Tasek-Y..my mum n my lil bro join skali... best2!!
Bila smpai je..WAAAAAAAAAAA sudah nmpak van MILO..hehe..sure laa dpt air milo free kan..so b4 mula jog tu..aku minumlaa milo panas FRee...syokkk wooo...

Then bermula laa aktiviti aku..jogging..semput gler nk smpaikan 2 round..mcm nak pengsan..smbil2 jog tu dgr lagu dlm HP..takde laa stress sgt2..aku jog smpai laa 7.30pg..then 7.30 tu br nk start aerobik..aku join jap..sbb dh penat jog...nak tgk gambar??/MEh..meh
mereka-meraka yg tgh ber aerobik..aku tgh duduk..sbb half hour je join..then smbg jog
kesimpulannyer semalam mmg penat jgk laa wat senaman..mau tersimpul kaki ku...
last but no least sure laa my pic laaa kann..kan...
